Name, address, postcode, telephone contact numbers, email address, date of birth for swimmers and any medical issues or SEN (where applicable). This information is collected for the purpose of providing swimming lessons and requesting payment.

To comply with legal and regulatory obligations in respect of GDPR where we have a legitimate interest in doing so

Sharing and storing your information

We keep all your information confidential
We do not share your information with others except for the direct purpose of administration of swimming lessons
We do enter your information onto our software system provided by Lena Solutions Ltd, who have their own policy to comply with GDPR.
Direct debits are run through a company called GoCardless. We do not provide GoCardless with any of our customer’s personal data.

Security

We use a secure database for the management of our software system with restricted and password protected access.

All messages sent to us via email that may contain personal data are deleted once any of the relevant content has been added to our database or processed through administration e.g. refund.

All personal information that is provided to us in a hard copy format is shredded once processed
